AMSTERDAM

COFFEESHOPS, HERE WE COME.....AND NOT FOR COFFEE :)

First let me start this last posting by saying we WILL be going back to Amsterdam again and for MORE THEN 24 hours!!!

So we arrived via Rome to the Amsterdam Airport at exactly 4:20 – I took a pic of the airport clock - how VERY appropriate!

Aside from what Amsterdam is best known for, it truly is a very beautiful, charming, clean city with people all over riding the cutest bicycles, electric cable cars to take you where you need to go, and great food….oh yeah, and great “coffee” at a reasonable price, even given the shitty conversion to US dollars.

I am not going to say all that much about Amsterdam, except this: we did not visit the red light district, we visited Blue Bird Café, we then headed to a local bar where I, not justin, had 2 guinness, 2 shots of tequila with the super fun bartender & a mojito & boogied for 3 hours into the night while in my bar chair to Bob Marely, various American 80’s tracks (they love the 80’s for some reason) and a bonus track of Snoop Dog – ohhhhh yeahhhhhh. And we got to bed at 4am. FUN! Amsterdam was the big fat red cherry on top of our European Sundae!
